Terms of exchange and return:
- Terms. You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it.
- Condition of the goods. The product must be in its original packaging and must not have signs of use or damage. Please note that we do not accept items that have been used or damaged.
- Individual orders. Please note that custom orders and items with custom changes (such as engraving or personalization) are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the defects are found to be the fault of the manufacturer.
Return or exchange process:
- Contact us. Please contact our customer service for a return or exchange. We are happy to help you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
- Packaging. Pack the product in its original packaging along with the receipt or receipt.
- Departure. Send the product to us at the specified address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Processing. After receiving the returned product, we will check it for compliance with the terms of exchange or return. After successful verification, we will issue an exchange or refund to you within 7 working days.
